Acquisition Expands 24 hour Mobile Service to include Hydraulic Maintenance and Repair Services

June 6, 2014-Baltimore, MD- The Norris Commercial Services Division, the largest provider of commercial parts, service and sales in the Baltimore/D.C. area, has acquired Hydralift Industrial Truck, Inc., one of the top hydraulic repair service providers in the Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia region. Hydralift specializes in on-site repairs and service for hydraulics.

The Hydralift acquisition enhances Norris' 24-hour mobile maintenance and repair service and adds a team of experienced hydraulic technicians who can perform a wide range of preventive maintenance and repair services at the customer's site, reducing vehicle down time.

Merger of Baltimore Area Truck Firms Creates Regional Powerhouse

                           

Baltimore, MD, March 1, 2013 - The Commercial Division of Norris Automotive Group, the largest provider of commercial, heavy-duty truck parts, service and sales in the Baltimore/D.C. area, has acquired Chesapeake Truck, which has specialized in the sales and service of medium and heavy-duty trucks for over 40 years. Chesapeake Truck is a high-volume Ford truck dealer in the Baltimore area, providing new and used Ford truck sales and service in 13 locations.

 

Andrew Franklin, CEO of the Norris Automotive Group, which has more than 400 employees and over $200 million in revenue, states, "The addition of Chesapeake Truck to the Norris portfolio is exciting.
